Rescuing Leftover Cuisine (RLC) is a national 501(c)(3) food rescue nonprofit headquartered in New York City that connects excess food from a wide range of donors, including restaurants, hotels, event venues, manufacturers, and offices, to neighbors facing food insecurity in local communities. RLC's mission is to reduce food waste and feed people, not landfills.
