Goals

1. 1.Strengthen MWoV’s governance, compliance, financial controls, and operational infrastructure to ensure sustainability, accountability, and readiness for growth. This includes board development, systems for financial oversight and reporting, volunteer management infrastructure, and tools that support transparent, effective nonprofit operations.
2. 2.Clarify and prioritize MWoV’s core work in governance, compliance, transparency, and volunteer systems while maintaining clear boundaries around pilot initiatives. This focus ensures resources are aligned with mission-critical functions and that all activities meet board-approved standards for oversight, documentation, and impact.
3. 3.Pilot and refine select community-based initiatives that respond to identified needs, using a phased and evaluative approach. New or expanded efforts are launched as time-bound pilots, assessed for effectiveness, and scaled only when capacity, partnerships, and resources support responsible growth.
