Vision

Every child deserves a place where they feel seen, supported, and capable of greatness. At Bay State Learning Center, we envision a community where all learners — regardless of how they learn — are empowered to discover their strengths, build confidence, and thrive.

Goals

1. 1.We've been in operation for 10 years, and for the last 5-6 years our enrollment has hovered around 25-30 kids annually. Our goal is to increase that amount to 45-50 annually while still making it affordable and accessible for all.
2. 2.Our teaching/mentoring staff is regularly paid approximately 50% what teachers are paid in a traditional school environment. Our goal is to raise funds, in addition to tuition, enough to pay our staff competitive salaries.
