Our Mission L.E.E.P TO COLLEGE FOUNDATION, Inc. (L2C)is dedicated to preparing middle and high school students, especially those at risk, to be college—and career-ready when they graduate high school. Our evidence-based program equips students with the skills necessary to succeed in college, career, and life.

Goals

1.Expand access to L.E.E.P’s core programs, Civic Labs, college readiness, and DREAM B.I.G. Podcast by increasing student enrollment, engaging more alumni families, and scaling volunteer pathways to ensure every participant receives holistic support, leadership development, and equitable opportunities for graduation and success.
2.Strengthen L.E.E.P’s infrastructure by enhancing financial sustainability, expanding staff and volunteer capacity, upgrading technical systems, and refining management practices. These investments will ensure long-term impact, operational excellence, and responsive growth aligned with community needs.
3.Launch Generation Forward to engage alumni parents and grandparents as mentors, storytellers, and podcast contributors. This intergenerational initiative responds to growing demand for family-centered leadership, legacy-building, and youth voice amplification across Prince George’s, Montgomery Counties, and DC.
