Goals

1. 1.Our goal is to grow and scale our programs by expanding diverse funding streams, securing corporate partnerships, and cultivating major donors. By building strong, sustainable financial support, we will increase our reach, serve more families each year, and amplify our impact—ensuring hope and kindness continue to grow in every community we touch.
2. 2.Our goal is to evolve our programs in response to the decline of layaway options while staying true to our mission. We will expand beyond paying off balances to include shopping sprees, gift card programs, and fulfilling wish list items—ensuring families continue to receive meaningful, dignified support during back-to-school and the holidays.
3. 3.Our goal is to grow Pay Away’s capacity by strengthening funding, expanding partnerships, improving systems, and developing strong leadership and volunteer teams. We will add a dedicated Development role to lead fundraising and donor engagement, ensuring sustainable growth. By building strong infrastructure and community support, we can serve more families with lasting impact.
