We strive to bring together all facets of the Grand Rapids community through theatre arts education, producing plays by renowned Black playwrights, and community-based works.

Goals

1. 1.Ebony Road Players plans to expand its youth arts education initiative that fills a documented gap created by school budget constraints, ensuring young people maintain access to high-quality arts instruction, enrichment, and creative development opportunities.
2. 2.Ebony Road Players is investing in organizational capacity by engaging a consultant to guide succession planning and leadership transition as the founder prepares for retirement, ensuring stable operations, clear governance, and readiness for the next generation of leadership.
