Mission

Top Notch Scholars helps kids identify their life passion and career goals and then map out the intentional steps that will ultimately lead to success, as they’ve defined it for themselves. We connect our youth with relevant internships and mentors to gain the confidence, skills, and discipline to stay on track in executing their plan.

Vision

The vision of Top Notch Scholars is that at-risk youth may have equity in educational, career, and life opportunities/mentorship.

Goals

1.Top Notch Scholars’ goal is to onboard new employees for administrative and programmatic positions. If achieved, TNS will have the capacity to serve more students to provide them with better futures.
2.Our Top Notch Students came up with the goal to raise $1M to put into an endowment fund. This would ensure that students in the area can apply to the TNS scholarship program for decades to come.
3.TNS is hoping to launch a STEM & Gaming Academy to include an even wider variety of student interests into our program. This opens opportunities for future STEM careers and E-Sports scholarships.
