2. 2.Build financially sustainable operations through accurate budgeting, pricing, revenue generation strategies, volunteer capacity planning, and shared automation/reporting tools to maximize organizational impact.
3. 3.Cultivate a purpose-driven, reliable volunteer ecosystem that supports operations, amplifies impact, and strengthens mission alignment across all departments.
