THE FRIENDS OF THE FRANKLIN COUNTY REGIONAL DOG SHELTER, A NON- PROFIT CORPORATION GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF MASSACHUSETTS, WAS ESTABLISHED TO PROTECT AND IMPROVE THE LIVES OF STRAY, LOST AND UNWANTED DOGS BY OFFERING A SAFE, WELCOMIING FACILITY, AND PROVIDING CARE AND ENRICHMENT UNTIL THEY CAN TRANSITION TO A BETTER LIFE.
