Our focus is on youth development through chess, and we remain open to innovative approaches that foster learning, leadership, and opportunity.
2. 2.The Chicago Chess Foundation’s growth strategy focuses on expanding partnerships with schools and community organizations, increasing volunteer and coach recruitment, and securing funding through grants and donations. We aim to remove barriers to access by offering free programs, providing resources to underserved communities, and continuously evaluating and improving our outreach efforts.
3. 3.Growing our organizational capacity is essential to better serve economically disadvantaged communities. By expanding our staff, volunteer base, and resources, we can enhance program quality, reach more students, and provide sustainable support. Strengthening our infrastructure ensures we meet the evolving needs of our community with impactful, accessible chess education.
