The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: Baltimore Hunger Project aims to expand services from 2,200 to 3,000 students by the 2025–2026 school year. By growing our warehouse, volunteer base, and school partnerships, we will reach more children with weekend food, pantry staples, and hygiene items—ensuring greater impact and equity across Baltimore.
Goal Two: Baltimore Hunger Project is developing new programs based on community needs—like pantry kits, hygiene supplies, and period equity. By listening to school partners and families, we’re expanding beyond food bags to provide holistic, responsive support that meets the evolving needs of the children we serve.
Goal Three: Baltimore Hunger Project is investing in its capacity to grow sustainably—expanding warehouse space, improving logistics, and strengthening staff and volunteer infrastructure. These efforts ensure we can meet rising demand, serve more students, and deliver greater impact across Baltimore City and County.
