Mission

Our mission is to equip underserved communities in Bangladesh with the tools they need to break free from the cycle of poverty. We do this by providing access to quality education and economic empowerment programs, promoting financial independence and inclusive economic growth. Our ultimate goal is to build a more equitable and prosperous Bangladesh for all.

Goals

1.To determine the ongoing feasibility of OBAT's programs through a research project by Oct. 31st. The change in strategy in light of findings will be reflected in strategic plan for 2022.
2.Increase the number of scholarships offered by 20% in 2022
3.Hire a secondary Finance and Accounting Manager for increased oversight over programs and usage of grant funds.
