Mission

Organization for Nonprofit Excellence Worcester’s mission is to provide consulting, coaching and education to Worcester-area nonprofits free of charge. ONE Worcester provides nonprofits with expert consulting in the areas of marketing, fundraising, diversity, equity and inclusion, strategic planning, board development and governance, human resources, and more. In addition to our pro-bono consultancy services we also focus on providing relevant and accessible education and networking opportunities to our local communities through monthly seminars, and special events.
