Building brighter futures for youth and young women in West Virginia so they are free to achieve their dreams.

Goals

1. 1.By 2030, expand from two regional staff sites/offices to six regional staff sites/offices in order to position our nonprofit to reach all counties in each of the six regions of our state with our groups and programs. Our Model has just become evidence based after years of research, so we want to expand to have a positive impact on the mental health of more youth around the state.
2. 2.Our nonprofit has done very well with grants, but we have a goal to increase giving in the area of major donors. Our goal is to raise $1 million through corporate and private donors, to improve our sustainability. This will happen through a monthly donor club and major gift society.
3. 3.As we have mentored youth aging out of foster care and the justice system, we have realized that housing insecurity is a major issue they face. We will be opening our first transitional living space to house eight young women. The facility will also house our community services and wraparound programs.
