Vision

We envision a world led by kind, empathetic leaders who build inclusive communities, bridge divides, and inspire others through compassion and courage. Every young person will have the opportunity, resources, and support to turn their ideas into action and create a ripple effect of kindness that transforms lives for generations.

Goals

1. 1.Deepen The Impact Of Our Programming: We will redouble our focus on youth leadership and make young people's experience of Riley's Way even more transformative. This includes strengthening and refining our programming, curriculum, and model of kind leadership. We will scale and grow our most impactful programs to reach even more young people, and pull back on initiatives that are not scalable.
2. 2.Build the Organizational Infrastructure For Growth. As we mature as an organization, we will ensure we have the systems and resources we need to run efficiently. This includes improving operational and HR infrastructure to incorporate best practices, updating development, CRM, and financial systems to the latest technology, and ensuring our programs have the systems in place to grow and scale.
3. 3.Strengthen The Riley's Way Community. We will become more intentional about fostering friendships among Riley's Way community members, including growing and supporting our Alumni Network, and investing in communication channels for communication between program participants.
