Vision

Education First Cambodia envisions a Cambodia where a girl's potential is never limited by her family's income or gender stereotypes, and where girls and young women are given equal access to all levels of education.

Goals

1. 1.Education First Cambodia will expand access to its scholarship, mentorship, and leadership program so that more high-achieving women from impoverished families can benefit from the program.
2. 2.Education First Cambodia will deepen and expand the trainings and services available to its students, and will develop new programs that equip its students to navigate an era increasingly shaped by artificial intelligence.
3. 3.Education First Cambodia will invest in the capacity of its team members to ensure they possess all the skills necessary to full serve the program's beneficiaries.
