THE MISSION OF 4-COUNTY FOUNDATION, INC. IS THE ACCUMULATION OF FUNDS FROM ITS MEMBERS AND DISBURSEMENT OF SAID FUNDS FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES THAT IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE IN THE SERVICE TERRITORY OF 4-COUNTY ELECTRIC POWER ASSOCIATION AND HAVE A DIRECT OR INDIRECT BENEFIT TO THE MEMBERSHIP OF 4-COUNTY ELECTRIC POWER ASSOCIATION.
