Vision & Theory of Change If we expose underrepresented high school students to a world beyond their own through educational travel, introducing them to different cultures, people and languages unlike their own, then they will see the world–and themselves–through a new lens. And as a result, acquire the confidence to become active participants in it.

Goals

1. 1.Increase the number of students served in NYC and nearby districts to 365 by year-end, vs. 170 students served across 8 schools in 2025. We will do this by: expanding school district relationships; attending SXSW EDU to meet with superintendents to share information about the Foundation. Partner with Today’s Students, Tomorrow’s Teachers (Westchester, NY nonprofit) on its HBCU initiative.
2. 2.To raise $30,000 in revenue by December 31, 2026 through: payroll deduction, family foundations that support urban education, employee matching programs, corporate sponsorships, individual donations (increase by 50%), and a capital campaign. Recruit volunteer social media specialist to accelerate online presence, a fundraising specialist, and a Board member with deep operational experience.
3. 3.Leverage existing partnerships with Give Freely, Expedia Group, United Airlines Miles On A Mission, Disney, Regeneron, and Double the Donation. Secure in-kind donations from other airlines--including jetBlue and Turkish--as well as hotel chains for accomodations.
