NORTHWIND ART OFFERS PEOPLE OF ALL AGES AND SKILL LEVELS OPPORTUNITIES TO LEARN COLLABORATIVELY WITH ARTISTS OF EXCEPTIONAL TALENT, ENTHUSIASM, AND VISION THROUGH CLASSES, WORKSHOPS, OTHER PROGRAMS, AND THROUGH EXPERIENCING QUALITY EXHIBITIONS.

1.Achieve repeat/new education participant ratio year-over-year; 80% retention and 20% new
2.Assist 500 artists annually to earn income
3.Expand and diversify programs to reach underrepresented groups: BIPOC, Youth, Mid and South Jefferson County, WA
