    Cure GM1 Foundation is dedicated to advancing research and drug development for GM1 gangliosidosis, a rare lysosomal storage disease affecting the brain and spinal cord, with over 50% of those affected dying before age five. Founded by parents of children with GM1, the foundation's mission is to fund research for a cure. As the only nonprofit entirely dedicated to GM1 research, the foundation organizes research symposiums and hosts global family conferences, building community and research momentum.
