    Mission

    The mission of Boston Music Project (BMP) is to ensure the long-term social-emotional and musical success of our students. Since our founding in 2011, BMP has worked to decrease disparities in access to the arts for Greater Boston youth. Our curriculum is rooted in El Sistema pedagogy and infused with social-emotional learning (SEL) designed to advance youths’ musical abilities while helping them develop skills necessary to succeed in school and in life.
