Vision

We believe all children, and especially the disadvantaged youth in our programs, can become high achievers in their own unique way and overcome challenges through care and support. Our mission is to serve disadvantaged youth by giving them the support, tools and opportunities to empower themselves and improve their lives.

Goals

1. 1.We grew from one program with 15 kids at one school to four signature programs, multiple schools and residential facilities serving over 2,500 kids annually over the past six years. And still we have a waiting list for our services. We need to bring on one more program service team to expand our programs to five more schools and one more residential home.
2. 2.Our schools are short staffed. This is especially true for therapists, counselors and psychologist. The success of our newest (2023) program, HAPPY (Hug a Puppy Program for Youth) that focuses on mental wellness requires us to hire one more licensed therapist who will work with the dogs trained by students in our other programs.
3. 3.We have grown our contracted services but do not want to reduce services to those who have limited or no access to the services they need. This is especially true at the Title I schools we provide free services to. We need to build our financial stability to continue to service these youth. This means growing our development activities.
