Goals

1. 1.Our goal is to create a 3 year employee retention and staffing plan and a 3 year board recruitment plan to ensure ongoing excellence in culture and talent as we experience growth.
2. 2.Our goal is to expand our success by increasing partnerships, thereby increasing diaper distribution, to serve at least 1 child from each Nebraska county. A second goal is to support this expanded distribution through a second warehouse/office.
3. 3.Our goal is to evaluate and expand our community partnership strategy to increase awareness and support of our mission. A second goal is to increase advocacy efforts with the state and federal government to secure government funding to support program expansion.
