To serve as a local and global partner that strengthens independent, public service media that empower communities to influence the decisions that affect their lives.

Goals

1. 1.After 10 years of creating media training, incubation and acceleration programs focused on sustainability, we have created models with proven impact that are ready to expand and scale. We are also working to increase the capacity of the team of consultants we work with that provide support in leadership, audience, product and revenue development, digital security, and more.
2. 2.Our ongoing research helps us identify the trends, challenges and opportunities among the media we work with so that we can develop new programs as needs arise. As part of this, we are working to broaden and evolve our services by deepening partnerships and adapting programs and content to local contexts.
3. 3.We are constantly working to ensure our own sustainability and diversity of revenue sources to improve our ability to support and upskill our diverse, international team. We have developed the capacity to manage complex projects with specialists in communications, technology, finance, management, and a wide range of media research and sustainability expertise.
