We envision a world where evidence-based well-being practices are deeply woven into classrooms, empowering teachers and children with the skills to thrive with deep self-knowledge and compassionate purpose. By fostering these transformative practices, we aim to create thriving schools, shaping a better future for generations.

Goals

1. 1.2025 Goal: Phase out Contentment for Business and pause Help for the Helpers programs in order to focus all resources and efforts on our Schools of Wellbeing Program, including Implementation, Impact Measurement, Retention, Engagement, and Storytelling.
2. 2.2025 - 2028 Goal: Grow annual fundraising resources by at least 60% over the next 3 years to support further mission advancement by expanding the core team, increasing the organizational sustainability fund, and growing the total number of schools served year over year.
3. 3.2025 - 2028 Goal: Launch implementation for new 10-school Hawai'i Schools of Wellbeing cohort with a focus on cultural integration and high-fidelity implementation for these 10 schools over 3 years. A native Hawaiian Implementation Specialist will lead the work, impact data and metrics will be collected and evaluated, and address the highest needs for cultural integration and adaptation.
