Vision

A world where humans and wildlife can co-exist, ultimately helping people and wildlife in urban areas live more peaceful, fulfilled, and meaningful lives.

Goals

1. 1.Expanding our floating gardens increases the amount habitat for wildlife, improves water quality, and strengthens urban biodiversity. It also would provide more opportunities for volunteers, researchers, and students to participate in restoration efforts, fostering long-term stewardship and environmental awareness in urban environments.
2. 2.Investing in Urban Rivers' capacity strengthens our ability to build and maintain the floating gardens, ensuring long-term ecological and community impact. Growing the size of our program staff and securing greater funding for garden infrastructure allows us to scale efforts, engage more stakeholders, and drive lasting urban waterway restoration.
3. 3.By promoting the benefits of floating gardens, we inspire community involvement, influence sustainable development, and encourage city investment in green infrastructure. Strengthening our advocacy ensures long-term impact, expanding our reach and reinforcing the importance of restoring urban waterways around the world.
