TO PROVIDE, TO ECOMONICALLY DISADVANTAGED YOUTH OF THE CITY OF ROME, NEW YORK AND SURROUNDING TOWNS, FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE THROUGH MONETARY DONATIONS OR PROVISION OF GOODS AND SERVICES, FOR THE PURPOSE OF PARTICIPATION IN YOUTH ATHLETICS AND OTHER SOCIAL PROGRAMS. TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO LOCAL NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS WHICH PROVIDE YOUTH SPORTS ACTIVITIES.
