2.Strengthen long-term sustainability by diversifying revenue, expanding private and foundation support, and improving financial management systems to ensure Hyacinth’s Place remains stable, resilient, and able to provide uninterrupted care for women rebuilding their lives.
3.Strengthen leadership and governance by expanding and training the Board of Directors, enhancing strategic planning capacity, and building organizational systems that support accountability, transparency, and long-term mission impact.
