Vision

AJW is committed to a city landscape with rare and brief occurrences of homelessness.

Goals

1. 1.Expand our building footprint by 25%, utilizing and collaborating with foundations, financial institutions, and donors that share in this vision to help us meet a new threshold in housing inventory in the city.
2. 2.Expand case management programming and train staff to focus on housing and maintaining housing for families in our program. These goals will include collaborating with workforce agencies and employment services to ensure clients are prepared to live independently.
3. 3.Advocate legislatively for favorable housing expansion in the city, work closely with mental health providers for engagement with our service population, and partner with other non-profits in Baltimore to ensure services are not replicated and to build knowledge and friendships among our staff and city leaders.
