    To fulfill the promise of a democratic and moral society, The College Orientation Workshop, Inc. shall dedicate itself to improving the opportunities for educational and life success for promising minority and at-risk students; to help more effectively utilize the untapped potential and wealth of talent within the minority and underserved communities; and to cultivate a pool of motivated and ethical young men who are eager to pursue educational and character enrichment, to be better prepared for the demands of our complex and challenging world.
