Mission

To operate a comprehensive child and youth focused program based in a facility that allows law enforcement, child protection, mental health and education professionals, prosecutors, medical and support services to work together to handle child abuse, neglect and other matters involving youth affected by the legal system in a child-friendly atmosphere.
