The mission of the Hunger and Health Coalition is to transform individual and community health by delivering a continuum of food, medication, and comprehensive healthcare that addresses the whole-person’s well-being.

We understand the connection between food and health, and this integrated approach supports the whole person while improving outcomes in underserved communities. This work depends on qualified staff. As we meet immediate needs, we also focus on innovating rural healthcare and creating lasting systems-level change.
