DOWNTOWN STATESVEILLE DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, INC. IS A NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION THAT EXISTS TO PROVIDE LEADERSHIP DEDICATED TO THE HISTORIC PRESERVATION AND ENHANCEMENT OF DOWNTOWN STATESVILLE. OUR ORGANIZATION PROMOTES DOWNTOWN AS THE PRIMARY CENTER FOR ECONOMIC GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES, SOCIAL EXPERIENCES AND CULTURAL ARTS IN STATESVILLE.
