THE BLOWING ROCK COMMUNITY FOUNDATION ACTS EXCLUSIVELY AS A TYPICAL COMMUNITY FOUNDATION BUT WITH NO PAID STAFF. AS SUCH, WE SOLICIT CONTRIBUTIONS, INVEST NET PROCEEDS, EARN INCOME FROM THOSE INVESTMENTS AND DISTRIBUTE INCOME AND CORPUS FOR SCHOLARSHIPS TO STUDENTS AND GRANTS TO MEET THE NEEDS OF THE COMMUNITY.
