WHO WE ARE At the Bread of Life, we're more than just a kitchen—we're a lifeline for those in need. Since 1996, we've been serving up healthy, well-balanced meals, fresh produce and essential pantry staples to everyone who walks through our doors, no questions asked. As a nonprofit 501(C)3 organization, we're dedicated to serving all ages, backgrounds, and beliefs, fostering a community where everyone feels welcome and valued. Open Monday through Friday, the Bread of Life operates with dedicated volunteers from churches, schools, farms, scouting troops, civic groups, and compassionate individuals like you. MISSION To provide food and access to resources to all those in need in Transylvania County; no questions asked.
