Goals

1.This goal centers on validating and sharing the results of systems change work to build credibility and visibility. We will focus on publishing results and impact from three major projects, launching resources from key programs, and presenting at major national conferences to increase visibility and access to the methodology.
2.This goal involves aligning roles with team strengths and creating clear career pathways, investing in our staff well-being and professional growth. Plans include recruiting new team members and interns, and maintaining high culture and well-being scores through intentional surveys and check-ins.
