United Way of Caldwell County envisions a community where all individuals have access to the education, income, and health resources they need to thrive. We strive to create lasting change by fostering opportunities that empower individuals and strengthen families, ensuring a brighter future for all.

Goals

1. 1.One goal is to expand the reach and impact of our current programs and services to serve the community better. By scaling initiatives like the Weekend Food Backpack Program and Classroom United, we aim to increase access to essential resources, ensuring more families benefit from the support they need to thrive. This growth will allow us to provide greater opportunities for those we serve.
2. 2.Investing in our organization's capacity means strengthening our ability to meet community needs through improved infrastructure, staff development, and resource allocation. By enhancing our operational capacity, we can expand our programs, increase efficiency, and ensure long-term sustainability, ultimately maximizing our impact on the lives of those we serve.
3. 3.We mobilize in times of crisis, providing critical support when the community needs it most. For example, following Hurricane Helene, we launched the Disaster Relief Fund to assist families affected by the storm. We continuously adapt our programs based on observed changes in community needs, ensuring we can respond effectively and meet the challenges our residents face.
