Increase awareness about high quality early intervention programs to prevent reading failure, and support the expansion of reading recovery. One SERRRA conference is held annually for all educators concerned with primary level literacy: Reading Recovery personnel, classroom teachers, special educators, administrators, researchers, literacy coaches and specialists, program coordinators, etc.
