TO PROVIDE SUPPORT TO ADULTS WHO ARE ENROLLED IN THE FACILITY BASED AND OUTREACH PROGRAMS AND TO HELP THE CLIENT GAIN THE SKILLS NEEDED TO MOVE INTO A SUPPORTED WORK POSITION WHILE OFFERING GAINFUL EMPLOYMENT UNTIL SUCH A PLACEMENT IS SECURED.
