ARCHBOLD MEMORIAL HOSPITAL AND ITS AFFILIATED ENTITIES. FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR JOHN D. ARCHBOLD MEMORIAL HOSPITAL, INC. IS TO BE USED FOR PATIENT SUPPORT, NURSING SCHOLARSHIPS, AND CONSTRUCTION AND EQUIPPING OF FACILITIES.
