PROVIDE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION TO THE RESIDENTS OF THE CITY OF BELLA VISTA, AR. SOME RESIDENTS THAT RIDE DO NOT HAVE THE MEANS FOR TRANSPORTATION DUE TO FINANCES OR FOR HEALTH REASONS. OUR VANS ARE OUTFITTED TO HANDLE WHEEL CHAIRS FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES.
