Mission

We believe all persons, including those with disabilities, should be able to participate in their community. At Walton Options, we promote equality, inclusion and independence through Personal Choice, Personal Responsibility, Community Access, Education and Employment. Our goal is to help each person find and utilize the necessary, available resources on their personal journey to independence.

Vision

WOIL envisions communities where all people with disabilities live freely, independently, and without barriers; empowered by choice, supported through inclusion, and connected to opportunities that allow them to thrive. We strive for a future where disability is recognized as a natural part of human diversity, community systems are fully accessible, and every individual has the tools, resources and respect needed to direct their own life.
