WE SOLVE THE PROBLEMS THAT HELP OUR KIDS FIND SUCCESS BY CONNECTING PEOPLE, RESOURCES, AND IDEAS. CENTRAL TO THIS WORK IS A COMMITMENT TO ERADICATING BARRIERS CAUSED BY SYSTEMIC RACISM, INCOME INEQUALITY, AND LACK OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SUPPORTS.
