Our mission and goals are to recruit, train, and retain compassionate adults to advocate for the best interests of children who have been abused and/or neglected and placed in the foster care system.

Vision

Our vision is to ensure that all children impacted by the foster care system are appointed a CASA Volunteer to advocate for their best interest and well-being.

Goals

1.Expand CASA's reach and accessibility by increasing the number of trained volunteer advocates by 40% and growing service capacity to ensure that 100% of children in foster care within our jurisdiction have a dedicated CASA advocate by 2027.
2.Strengthen CASA’s organizational capacity by enhancing financial sustainability, improving internal operations, and investing in staff and technological infrastructure to support long-term growth and impact by 2027.
