Strategies: Create a foundation for long term fiscal success and management Increase understanding of fiscal impacts and grants to all stakeholders. 2. 2.Program & Services Delivery: Ensure agency’s programs/services are highly integrated with the agency's mission, strategic goals and survivor needs. Strategies, innovate to better meet needs of those who live far from the agency or have transportation issues. Increase training on case management tools/resources. Ensure programs are integrated with mission and needs of survivors and community.
3. 3.Community Engagement w/Stakeholders: Create long-term relationships that are mutually beneficial for the wellbeing of the community and the agency. Strategies: Enhance education and engagement to identify community and survivor needs. Build and sustain meaningful stakeholder relationships. Expand private donors in the areas of annual, major, and planned giving, and corporate impact partnerships.
