TO PROMOTE GROWTH AND VITALITY TO THE COMMUNITY, TO PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES IN THE ARTS FOR ALL AGES, TO PROMOTE CULTERAL EVENTS FOR THE COMMUNITY AND TO PROVIDE A CENTRAL LOCATION WHICH ATTRACTS TALENTED ARTISTS, ARTISANS, MUSICIANS AND APPRECIATIVE AUDIENCES.
