Vision

Alper JCC Miami proudly impacts more than 140,000 residents annually through its wide array of programs and services. From the award-winning Early Childhood Development Center serving more than 150 students every year to its robust Cultural Arts programming, including the always anticipated Alper JCC Miami Berrin Family Jewish Book Festival; and even its state-of-the-art Fitness Center, the J is constantly evolving and expanding to meet the needs of its members. This is just a taste of all the J has to offer its members. Enriching the lives of so many, it is a place to learn and grow, meet lifelong friends and experience the joy this vibrant community has to offer. Above all, it offers a sense of belonging and being a part of something greater. The Alper JCC Miami is truly committed to serving and engaging South Miami-Dade community members of all ages and various ability levels.

Goals

1. 1.Demonstrates a commitment to providing programs and services that meet a broad range of needs and interests for each stage of life. Is proactively responsive to the continually evolving needs of the South Dade Jewish community.
2. 2.Affirms and exemplifies the centrality of Jewish learning to Jewish life. Demonstrates a commitment to inclusiveness by reaching out, through its services and programs to all Jewish population groups including interfaith families. Provides members with a sense of belonging and offers the highest quality of experiences and excellent service.
3. 3.Seeks to build and maintain partnerships with other South Dade Jewish institutions. Seeks to build and maintain relationships between the South Dade Jewish and general communities and promotes responsible civic involvement. Promotes volunteerism by creating opportunities for volunteer involvement.
