Goals

1.Membership recruitment. To review policies and practices on member recruitment, development and retention.To review membership requirements, communicate member responsibilities and participation.
2.Increase our fundraising capabilities. Establish and expand the fundraising opportunities for the organization. This includes developing new fundraisers, seeking corporate donations and legacy giving.
3.To improve the governance of our organization through our newly adopted strategic plan. This enables members to understand the structure of the organization and maximize our operational effectiveness.
