To use the power of housing to transform lives and build a brighter future for our community.

An East Kentucky where every family has a home they can afford.

1.To provide an affordable housing solution to 1,000 low-income East Kentucky families in just 10 years
2.Continue our Income-Based programs and improve and increase our ability to provide homeownership, rentals, and home repair to low-income households in our community
3.Grow our new Open Market products which allow us to serve families that we have not been able to serve through our traditional Income-Based programs.
