A world where every person has the knowledge, support, and confidence to access the right help at the right time, manage their mental health, and support others in doing the same.

Goals

1. 1.Strengthen MHAMS' long-term sustainability by diversifying revenue, expanding earned income, and building board capacity. Key strategies include developing new fundraising events, increasing donor engagement, growing fee-based programs, strengthening governance structures, and reducing reliance on any single funding source to ensure organizational resilience and mission impact.
2. 2.Increase access to mental health education and support by expanding proven programs, strengthening community partnerships, and growing the Mental Health Advocate Initiative. MHAMS will intentionally engage underserved populations, leverage volunteers to extend reach, and use community feedback to ensure programs remain responsive to local needs and priorities.
3. 3.Deepen the quality, impact, and sustainability of MHAMS' core programs before pursuing significant new initiatives. The organization will invest in program evaluation, outcome measurement, and continuous improvement, strengthen successful offerings such as Train the Trainer and continuing education programs, and prioritize evidence-based growth aligned with mission and community need.
